Q: Where can I park?
A: BFHW has adequate parking and there is no charge for this.
Q: Are attractions open if it rains?
A: Heavy downpour will halt tours until it passes. Use your better judgement and please
dress appropriate for weather as all events will be held outdoors.
Be prepared for hauntings come rain or moonshine!
Q: Do you serve food?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Why won't you allow me go into the Woods with my lighter (... knife ... pager ... cell
phone ... flashlight, etc.) ?
A: Absolutely NO drugs, alcohol or weapons of any kind will be permitted into Brosius
Haunted Woods (that includes off-duty police officers). Too many irresponsible people
like to use their lighters in dark places and there are dry leaves, dry wood and other
flammables all around, so cigarette lighters are banned, too.
We WILL NOT be responsible for expensive electrical equipment and we will not shut
down operations to look for them when you drop them out of your pocket. You loose it,
we keep it. And flashlights ruin the fun for everyone. Therefore, leave all cameras,
pagers, phones, knives, guns, lighters, alcohol, chemicals, flashlights and profanity in
your cars. If you choose to ignore this request, you will be escorted out of the Woods
without a refund! No exceptions!! Again, we are NOT responsible for loss, theft nor
injury!!!
Q: I'm afraid of the dark, I'm claustrophobic and I hate Clowns.
A: Then BFHW is not the place for you — unless you want to test the limits of your adrenal
gland.
Q: Do you use Strobe Lights?
A: Yes! Yes! And Yes! If you are prone to seizures or any other type of disorder that may
be triggered by exposure to flashing lights, We strongly recommend you do not go
through our Haunt.
Q: I chickened out and didn't make it all the way through. Do I get my money back?
A: #1. You paid us money to scare you. #2. You got scared. #3. You got really scared.
#4. You got really, really scared and had to be escorted out of the woods.

Q: What time does the show actually open?
A: Tickets go on sale at 7:15. The show opens at dark.
Q: Are the monsters allowed to touch me?
A: No, Brosius Haunted Woods prides itself on training our actors to scare you without
having to touch you.
Q: Is there a discount for children?
A: Yes. We offer online discounts.
BFHW does not permit anyone under 5 years of age and it is not recommended for
children under 10.
Child prices are for children UNDER the age of 12 if you so choose to bring your children
along.
Q: How long will I be at BFHW?
A: Plan to be at BFHW for at least an hour. As Halloween gets closer, we get busier, so
be prepared to be at BFHW for an hour or more.

A: Yes. Groups of 10 or more receive a $1.00 discount per ticket, if ordered online.

A: Yes, bring in a non-perishable food donation for food bank and receive $1.00 off per
